Since 1979, we have been providing professional consulting services for engineering and surveying throughout Springfield and  the surrounding communities in Southwest Missouri and Northern Arkansas.     

For the past 29 years, HEI has developed a broad foundation for offering comprehensive civil engineering services to meet the needs of our governmental and private industry clients.  HEI has worked throughout Springfield and the surrounding communities designing municipal infrastructures, including public streets, sanitary sewer collection systems, stormwater collection, stormwater detention facilities, channel improvements and utility systems.
